Can I book a transfer to the airport?
Yes, you can book a transfer to the airport or any other destination by choosing them in destination point field.
Why am I unable to enter an address in a pick-up/drop-off box?
Make sure to choose the city/town or the airport while choosing the route on our main page. During the booking process, you will be asked to enter your full pick-up/drop-off address.
What meeting time should I choose if I go to the airport?
We advise you to plan your departure for the airport at least 2 hours ahead of your flight departure. You should also add the estimated duration of the transfer extended by an additional 20% (possible delays). If your estimated transfer duration is e.g. 30 minutes, 20% of that is 6 minutes meaning the meeting time should be 2 hours and 36 minutes before your flight departs.
Can I complete my reservation, without a credit card?
We offer several payment methods. However, not all of them are always allowed on all routes. During the booking process, for some routes you will be allowed to choose the cash payment in the last step of the booking process, which means you can book without a credit card.
How can I request a quote?
After you enter your route, date and passengers on the web page. If there is no available price for your request, you need to click on "request" to fill the form and send it.

How long will the driver wait for me?
For departures from the airport, the included waiting time is 60 minutes. For all other starting points 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the above limits, extra charges will be applied.
What happens if my flight, train, or ship is delayed?
If your flight, train, or ship is delayed, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to check the options of rescheduling your transfer.

If your flight, train, or ship is early, you need to wait for the driver at the meeting point specified on your Confirmation until the scheduled pickup time.
What should I do if I miss my flight?

Why do I have to be available on my mobile phone?
Your mobile number will be used if we need to contact you in case of emergency, for example, if your driver is experiencing difficulties locating you at the time of pickup.
